Love Scent Pheromones – there’s chemistry baby
If you are a UK user looking for a Christmas Perfume Gift You can get some great deals here!
Most of us have heard or read about these things called Pheromones.
A pheromone is a chemical that triggers a natural behavioural response in another member of the same species. There are alarm pheromones, food trail pheromones, sex pheromones, and many others that affect behaviour or physiology. Their use among insects has been particularly well documented, although many vertebrates and plants also communicate using pheromones

Apparentley, being part of this thing called the earth, we humans have them too, and they are very powerful. Ever wondered why some people seem to be able to attract others with relative ease, yet aren’t particularly fantastically good looking? Might be because they have a great set of Pheremones invisibly working their magic on those around them.
Perfume companies use synthetic Pheromones in their perfume products and studies have shown how they work too.
Women’s perfume laced with synthetic pheromones acts as a sexual magnet and increases the sexual attractiveness of women to men, San Francisco State University researchers concluded in a study appearing in the current issue of the quarterly journal Physiology and Behavior.

Powerful stuff huh? It would appear that our noses are finely tuned to channel these scents into a part ofour brains that are hot wired to our areas of desire and attraction.
The study, the first of its kind in the world to independently test a sex attractant pheromone for women, showed that of the 36 women tested, 74 percent of those wearing their regular perfume with the pheromone saw an overall increase in three or more of the following sociosexual behaviors: frequency of kissing, heavy petting and affection, sexual intercourse, sleeping next to their partner, and formal dates with men. In contrast, only 23 percent of the women who had a placebo added to their perfume saw an increase in these sociosexual behaviors.
Whilst we might well like the scent for perhaps its association with pleasantness, we will also like it because subconsiously our buttons are being hit too. Is it any wonder why an insecure girlfriend or boyfriend might baulk at the idea of you wearing that sexy sexy perfume or aftershave to a meeting with a friend of the opposite sex?
I’m reminded of a UK comedy show named Bottom, in an episode called Smells (see below) Richie and Eddie return home after another depressing night down the pub trying to pick up women and failing miserably. Richie is beginning to think that he is never going to get the chance to ‘do it’ until Eddie suggests that he puts an ad in the local paper. This idea revitalises Richie and he begins to read through the dating pages of the local paper. There he spots an ad for a pheromone spray that women are unable to resist, this is something that appeals to him even more and the two of them decide that they are going to have to try this out!
I did laugh a little when I thought to myself, wow so every time a person puts on an aftershave or perfume they are effectively saying ‘come and get me babies’ heh – the cool thing too is that if you really wanted to up your attraction stakes but didn’t want to be so blatant that you could buy an unscented pheremone product and therefore increase your sexiness factor into the bargain.
This site here sells love scent pheremone based products, it’s amazing they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes too.I’m a little sceptical of course, I think most people are sold on twinkles in eyes and personality and plain old fashioned looks, yet it is nice to think too that there is some natural chemical science going on as well and that maybe that’s where the whole love thing happens, that ‘chemistry’ thing might not just be a saying after all!
